March 8, 2014, 4:38 PM Day 6 I finally finished laying the floor! I found my frame had some unevenness on the corner that is in the far right of the photo. I corrected it by laying the floor to be square with the rest, even though it hangs over the frame below. The frame will not be visible once the siding goes on near the end of the process. The last edge was a little difficult because I had to split the sticks down their middle to get them to be half width. It took a little while, but I am pleased with how well it worked. Of course, it won't show anyway because it will be covered by the wall on the inside and siding on the outside. But it was good practice in case I should need the technique later.
